Getting Started

How do I start using You Sabi Sell?

Sign up for a free 30-day trial (no credit card required). Add your products with photos and prices, then share your store link with customers. That's it! Your professional store is live.

Do I need a website or technical knowledge?

Not at all! You Sabi Sell works like a mobile app. If you use WhatsApp, you can use You Sabi Sell. No coding, no website building needed.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes! You Sabi Sell is mobile-first. You can add products, confirm payments, and chat with customers all from your phone. Save it to your home screen like an app.

What happens after my free trial ends?

Your store stays active, but you'll need to choose a paid plan (starting at ₦5,999/month) to continue accepting orders. Your products and data remain safe.

Products & Inventory

How many products can I add?

Unlimited! Add as many products as you want on any plan. We only limit storage space for images (100MB free trial, 500MB starter, 2GB pro).

What if I run out of storage?

You can still add products without images, or upgrade your plan for more storage. Most vendors never hit the limit - 500MB holds about 250 product images.

Can I track my inventory?

Yes! Turn on stock tracking for any product. The system automatically reduces stock when customers order and prevents overselling.

What if I sell out of a product?

Customers can't order out-of-stock items. You can mark products as inactive to hide them temporarily without deleting them.

Orders & Payments

Do you process payments for me?

Not yet (coming soon!). For now, customers pay directly to your bank account and upload proof of payment. You confirm it, then fulfill the order.

Why do customers need to upload payment proof?

This replaces the 'I sent it!' back-and-forth on WhatsApp. Customers upload their bank receipt, you verify it in your account, and confirm with one tap. No more arguments about who paid.

What if a customer uploads a fake receipt?

Our system detects duplicate receipts automatically. If you suspect fraud, you can reject the payment with a reason. We also track patterns to flag suspicious accounts.

How long do customers have to pay?

15 minutes to upload payment proof after placing an order. This keeps your inventory accurate and prevents abandoned orders from blocking stock.

What if I accidentally reject a valid payment?

Customers can raise a dispute directly in the app. You'll have 48 hours to respond and fix it. Most issues resolve through the in-app chat.

Customer Communication

Do I still need WhatsApp?

You can use both! You Sabi Sell has in-app chat for each order, so conversations stay organized. But you can still chat on WhatsApp if customers prefer.

How do customers contact me?

Each order has its own chat. Customers message you about their specific order, and all messages stay in one place. No more searching through WhatsApp for who said what.

Will customers get notifications?

Yes! Customers get email and push notifications when you confirm payment, fulfill orders, or send messages. They stay informed without constantly checking.

Can customers track their orders?

Yes! Each customer gets a unique tracking link showing their order status in real-time: payment pending → confirmed → fulfilled.

Pricing & Plans

How much does it cost?

Free 30-day trial with 50 orders. After that: Starter (₦5,999/month, 100 orders) or Pro (₦9,999/month, 250 orders). All plans include unlimited products.

What if I don't reach my order limit?

You still pay the monthly fee. Choose the plan that fits your average monthly orders. If you outgrow your plan, you can upgrade anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties. Your data stays safe for 30 days if you want to come back.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No! We charge a flat monthly fee. Whether you sell ₦50,000 or ₦5 million, the price stays the same.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, card payments, and USSD. All major Nigerian banks supported.

Technical Questions

What happens if my network is bad?

You Sabi Sell works offline! Check orders and update stock without internet. Everything syncs when you're back online. Built for Nigerian networks.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption and backup your data daily. Your business information, customer data, and payment proofs are fully protected.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Download your orders, products, and customer data as CSV/Excel files anytime. Your data is yours.

What if I need help?

Email support@yousabisell.com. We respond within 24 hours (usually much faster). Pro plan gets priority support.

Store Management

Can I customize my store link?

Your store link is store.yousabisell.com/yourname. Choose your business name during signup and that becomes your unique link.

Can I add my logo?

Coming soon!

Can multiple people manage my store?

Not yet but in the future on the Pro plan, yes! Add up to 3 team members with their own logins. Great for assistants or business partners.

Do I get business analytics?

Yes! See total sales, orders this week/month, top products, fulfillment rate, and more. Pro plan includes 12 months of historical data.

For Specific Business Types

I sell food. Does this work for me?

Perfect! Add your menu with photos, prices per portion (bowl, plate, pack), and track daily stock. Customers order, pay, and you fulfill. Simple.

I sell fashion/shoes with many sizes and colors. Can I do that?

Yes! Create a product for each variant (e.g., 'Nike Sneakers - Red - Size 42'). With unlimited products, you can list every combination.

I do both pickup and delivery. How does that work?

Set each product as available for pickup, delivery, or both. Customers choose at checkout. You can set different prices for delivery if needed.

What about services like hair braiding?

Coming soon! For now, You Sabi Sell is best for physical products. Service bookings will be added in the next version.
