1. Agreement to Terms

By using You Sabi Sell, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform.

2. Who Can Use You Sabi Sell

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have a registered business or be operating as a sole proprietor
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure

3. Your Business Account

Account Creation

  • You must provide your real business name, phone number, and email
  • Your bank account details must be accurate
  • You can only create one account per business
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account

Account Security

  • Keep your password safe and don't share it
  • Tell us immediately if someone else uses your account
  • We're not responsible if someone else uses your account without permission

4. How You Can Use Our Platform

What You Can Do

  • Add products and manage your store
  • Accept orders from customers
  • Verify payment proofs
  • Chat with customers about their orders
  • Track your inventory and sales

What You Cannot Do

  • Sell illegal products or services
  • Use someone else's business information
  • Upload fake payment proofs
  • Harass or abuse customers
  • Try to hack or damage our platform
  • Use our platform for fraud or scams
  • Create fake orders or reviews

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Free Trial

New accounts get 14 days free with 10 orders. No credit card needed.

Paid Plans

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly via Paystack
  • Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦)
  • We don't provide refunds for unused time
  • You can cancel anytime before your next billing date
  • If payment fails, we'll pause your account until payment is received

Order Limits

Each plan has a monthly order limit. If you reach your limit, you'll need to upgrade or wait until next month.

6. Your Content and Products

Product Listings

  • You own the content you upload (product images, descriptions)
  • You must have the right to use all images and content
  • Product information must be accurate and honest
  • Prices must be clear and not misleading

License to Us

By uploading content, you give us permission to store, display, and share it on our platform. This helps us provide the service to you and your customers.

7. Customer Orders and Disputes

Your Responsibilities

  • Fulfill orders that you accept
  • Verify payment proofs fairly and honestly
  • Respond to customer messages within 48 hours
  • Resolve disputes directly with customers when possible
  • Update stock levels to avoid overselling

Payment Verification

You Sabi Sell does NOT handle customer payments. You receive payments directly to your bank account. We only help you verify payment proofs. You are responsible for confirming payments in your bank account.

Disputes

  • Try to resolve disputes with customers directly using our chat
  • We provide tools for customers to report issues
  • We may review disputes but we're not judges or lawyers
  • We don't handle refunds—that's between you and your customer
  • Repeated complaints may lead to account suspension

8. What We're NOT Responsible For

  • Lost or stolen payments (we don't hold money)
  • Product quality or delivery issues
  • Disputes between you and customers
  • Incorrect bank details you provided
  • Internet or network failures
  • Loss of data due to your device issues
  • Business losses or missed opportunities

We provide the platform, but you run your business. We're not involved in your transactions with customers.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We May Suspend or Close Your Account If

  • You violate these Terms
  • You sell illegal products
  • You commit fraud or scam customers
  • You have excessive disputes or complaints
  • Your payment fails repeatedly
  • We suspect illegal activity

You Can Close Your Account

You can close your account anytime from your settings. We'll keep some data for legal reasons as explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Our Service

We may:

  • Add or remove features
  • Change pricing (with 30 days notice)
  • Temporarily stop service for maintenance
  • Update these Terms (we'll notify you of major changes)

11. Limitation of Liability

We provide our platform "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by Nigerian law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

If we are found liable, our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.

13. Fair Usage

  • Automatic compression for images greater than 2MB
  • If you exceed plan storage, we'll help optimize your images
  • We may delete very old images if you exceed storage limits
