How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, send an email to support@yousabisell.com with the following information:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include: The email address or phone number associated with your account

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation when deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

For Vendors

Your business profile, product listings, store page, and account data will be permanently removed. Order records may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and security purposes before permanent deletion.

For Customers

Your name, phone number, and contact details will be removed from our system. Payment proof images associated with completed orders may be retained for up to 90 days.
